This is a perfect series to have and listen to over and over again. Since there are 21 small recordings, it's like listening to 21 podcast episodes. I like the short recordings because I can listen to them when I drive to work on a short ride. They help to remind me about my power and I start my day off strongly.

This is a really eye opener for me. Lots of ideas and thoughts on how to be very aware about what is going on around and with me. It feels so light to hear the missing links and now to know a lot more. Thanks Glenyce.
